We Must Feel To Release

Recently I had an experience that began to stir up fear within and around me. Luckily my partner noticed my anguish and began a conversation. And while he has never experienced the sort of intense fear that I have had to endure, he was able to show me another perspective. In seeing his perspective he made it safe for me to fully experience the event. And it was at that point I realized that sometimes we must GO BACK and re-experience so that we can then consciously choose to release the experience and the paralysis that goes along with it. Perhaps this is where the phrase "feel the fear and do it anyway" comes from.

And so today my wish for you is to live fully in the present moment and experience all that the Universe has to offer. Let fear propell you forward into an amazing life ahead!

  1. I love the saying “Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway”! That book by Susan Jeffers has helped me so much through the years. Even when anxiety is knocking you on the head and you think you can never get past it, you just have to plow through.
