Spring Cleaning

Spring is finally here and I have been busy clearing out the cobwebs not only in my house but in my body, mind and spirit as well. So often we clean out our cupboards but we forget to spring clean our bodies and minds. Over the past two weeks I've been taking part in an elimination plan and while it started with eliminating foods that can cause mind fog and digestive problems, the elimination plan has brought me to a place of feeling the need to clean out my house as well. Eliminating things that we no longer need is a great and freeing thing. In addition, I've been experiencing great health benefits including better sleep and clearer thinking.
