Writing and Sharing Your Story Can Create Vibrance!

Did you know that when you share a part of yourself you become healthier, happier and even more vibrant? It's true. And the reason for this is because you're sharing your very own TRUTH!

Now I realize that doing things like yoga, eating lots of greens and taking wheatgrass shots really helps provide a feeling of vibrance and enlightenment. And so after I do all of these things I need to ground myself.

The perfect grounding activity is writing. Yup...it's true!
