Last night I presented a "Beating the Sugar Blues" workshop at the Silver Creek Central School District in Silver Creek, NY. With nineteen people signed up for the event and over half of those attending, the event was a huge success. Participants gained insight into the role that sugar plays in our culture and in our lives. Many had those amazing "aha" moments and almost everyone signed up for a free health consultation.
