BLUE PEARL YOGA

Last week while being away I found a cute little yoga studio. Actually, the facility was quite impressive as it was held in a very old Masonic Hall on Main Street in Batavia. Blue Pearl Yoga Studio owner Karen Reisdorf is the founder and instructor at the studio. Karen received her training at various places including Kripalu Institute in Massachusetts. I thoroughly enjoyed the class and felt very welcome by other students as well. And of course the hot tea was perfect! If you live in or near Batavia, her class is definately worth checking out!
