Yoga Studio Open

Last night I opened Hot Yoga Fredonia in lovely downtown Fredonia, NY. After our first one hour class we enjoyed hot tea from Wishberry, a little trendy yogi store located in the same building as the yoga studio. A huge thank you to everyone who came to the first class. While there was lots to learn for everyone, including me, I enjoyed meeting everyone and am so excited for our next class and for the remainder of this year's offerings.
