Rest and Relaxation

When is the last time you took a vacation? If you're like me, you work very hard on a regular basis and could use a vacation every three or four months. But to be practical, one or two vacations per year is likely what happens. For me, it's been about a year since I last took a week long holiday. In just two days, I'm leaving for Mexico to get some sunshine, sleep and solitary time. Vacation to me has become a necessity, not a luxury.
